Rashelle Harrison Haines is the creator of the Life Lift Aerobic
Breathing Program as well as the author of a children's exercise
program called Oxygen Zoo Fitness for You, Be Fit
and Trim at the Animal Gym. Her Oxygen
Zoo video utilizes the Life Lift aerobic breathing program in
a way that is both entertaining and educational. She has also written
over 30 original
children's stories that focus on building feelings of self-love
and positive self-esteem in children of all ages.
Rashelle created
a character called "Crystal the Magic Princess" to
tell her stories for children with special needs in hospitals,
homeless shelters and Child Abuse centers such as Child Help
USA.

Rashelle has conducted fundraisers across the country for many
children's charities such as the Make-A-Wish foundation, Ronald
McDonald House,
and Child Help USA.
She was honored
in 1988 by the Mrs. America/Utah pageant as "Outstanding
Woman of the Year" for her work with sick, dying, homeless
and abused children all over the country. She was honored
again in 1994
by the Sausalito
Chamber of Commerce B.W.N. for her efforts to help those
in need, particularly childrenOvercoming her own early childhood "uncertain
future" prognosis,
Rashelle went on to become a leader in the health and fitness
industry.
Her work as a health and
fitness expert is recognized across the world in countries from Sweden,
Norway, Australia
and
New Zealand to South
Africa, China, Japan, Canada and the United States.
